Senior Data & Business Integration Analyst

For our Financial Analysis team, we are looking for Data Analysis & Business Integration Senior Specialist. You will support a specific business area with your analytical expertise. We’re currently looking for people to support Strategy & Program Delivery team. Our team is divided into front-end (translates business needs into analytical questions) and back-end (conducting analyses and visualizing data). REQUIREMENTS: • 4+ years of experience in analytical or business-related positions • Practical knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Excel, PowerBI • Fluency in English and Polish • Experience and/or certification in Agile/Kanban methodology • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including storytelling when presenting data & insights • Ability to independently and proactively built business recommendations based on data WE OFFER: • In this position you will earn no less than PLN 15,500 gross per month • Smart Work Model: min. 8 days per month working on site – Warsaw HQ (Inflancka 4c, Gdanski Business Center) • Cross-functional projects in teams & companies (international) • Cafeteria with various benefits • Private medical & dental care, life insurance • Flexible working arrangements • Lunch card (Pluxee) • Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses • Opportunity to learn and work with Kanban and Scrum management methodology YOUR TASKS: • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between key business users (Head of Function level stakeholders) and the backend analytical team • Independently conduct quality data analysis and proactively propose business solutions, based on provided insights • Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately identify their business needs, objectives and KPIs - Propose tailored analytics solutions that address their specific challenges • Provide analytical solutions that empower key users to make informed decisions. Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic market priorities and KPIs • Work closely with backend analysts to ensure their analyses and data align with key users’ requirements • Prioritize tasks on Kanban board and oversee the end-to-end cycle, from solution proposal to outcome validation We are collecting applications until 31.05.2024 Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
