Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc., you will work at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC) which is under PMAL. Under quality product design & change control function, you will be a quality technical specialist in the area of Change Control, actively participate in strategies development and activity plans, coordinate the delivery of the change control activities of internal and external partners. • Be a technical specialist in the area of Change Control, actively participate in strategies development and activity plans, coordinate the delivery of the change control activities of internal and external partners. • Participate in regular management reviews and act as Change Control Specialist and Advisor where technical information may have a potential positive impact on meeting the strategic objectives • Collaborate with internal Change Control project members (and external consultants & vendors when applicable) to ensure project scopes, budgets, schedules and timelines are developed & handled from project initiation until closure, and meets our compliance standards • Review, evaluate and lead large quantities of technical information and existing PMI documents. Perform knowledge management via data compilation, review and storage in line with Company, FDA or any other equivalent accreditation authority requirements • Carry out all of the activities ensuring that PMI Compliance Policies, standards, and laws relating to these activities are fully respected, integrated and understood by the people involved, and implement adequate processes to ensure safeguard confidential information. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science Degree or Equivalent • Meaningful experience in in quality engineering and change control, preferably in consumer electronics / medical device/ automotive/ component industry and in a multinational environment. • Good knowledge of quality tools, APQP, QMS.
