YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As Marketing Product and Packaging Specialist, you will support the Marketing and Consumer Experience teams in delivering on time, and in full, all portfolio initiatives. You will primarily be accountable in ensuring strict adherence to the PMI Innovations process, from the coordination with the relevant stakeholders (i.e., Product Development, Operation Finance, Business Planning, Tax, Legal, Market Research, External Affairs), timely submission of all marketing innovation documentations, 100% approval of portfolio initiatives before commercialization, and zero audit findings on the entire Innovations process. You will also assist in identifying business solutions relevant to the portfolio plans amidst business changes, to ensure successful delivery of the innovation initiative. You will also be responsible in managing the Innovations budget primarily ensuring proper utilization and monitoring of all relevant spend, and also delivering adhoc creative requirements of the Brand Team, not limited to packaging designs and contributes in providing cost efficient creative output. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • You must have a bachelor’s degree, and at least two (2) years of working experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or have experience in project management. You have strong analytical, presentation, planning, organizational skills, and can lead/support a number of projects with tight deadlines. You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig with Mondays to Fridays, generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.
