For our B2B Digital Solutions team in the SFP Omnichannel Consumer Experience group in Krakow, we are looking for a Lead B2B Digital Solutions. The overall purpose of this position will be: - Lead the design of the PMI B2B(2C) global digital trade engagement capabilities [DTE/OPEN platform], in close collaboration with the markets, IT and the Deployment team. Accordingly lead projects or sub-projects and deliver digital solutions at global scale aimed to capture: - Growth opportunities through increased speed to market at indirect retail and enhanced retailers capability both on functional and emotional side to achieve targets on both RRP and conventional business - Efficiency gains by effectively automatizing processes and reducing both back office and Field Sales Force workload on low added-value activities - Sustainable competitive advantage to build valuable, efficient and long lasting relationships with our current and future business partners. You will: • Lead or participate to the scope definition of new digital engagement capabilities or sub-capabilities, in line with the department vision & strategy, by liaising with the various partners (Markets, Regions, Deployment team, IT & other PMI functions). For major initiatives, this includes the preparation of business cases supported by return on investment models. • Lead or collaborate to the design of new future-proof digital engagement capabilities and related end-to-end business processes to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the various commercial levers (retailers, field force, call center, trade loyalty schemes, community management, training & capability building…). • Coordinate the development of the new digital engagement capabilities, in close collaboration with IT, ensuring the quality of the deliverables, within the allocated budget and timeframe. • Supervise the piloting of new digital engagement solutions to fix customer pain points and to create new value by capturing their business opportunities. Support the deployment team and the regional commercial teams to enable excellent global deployment. • Define and design the business and technical KPIs related to the new capabilities, and ensure that these are developed and embedded into the analytical environment, in collaboration with the Insights & Analytics team. • In line with the "Agile Methodology", closely and effectively participate to the management of the backlog (prioritization, sprint planning, release review & other ceremonies, documentation...). We’re looking for someone with: • Business & Administration, IT or Digital (preferably Master's Degree) • 3+ years experience in the Commercial area, ideally it within the B2B(2C) digital trade engagement domain... • Deep understanding of Omnichannel Digital solutions & Customer Journeys with good grasp of reporting and analytics tools. • Previous experience in managing the development of digital products under agile methodology (i.e. SCRUM).
