Your day-to-day: Business Plans: - Work closely with all functions to prepare the OB/LRP, Strategic Reviews, and annual budget cycles. - Special emphasis should be placed on the analysis of volume and share assumptions, taking into account the evolution of market and competitive fundamentals and fiscal/regulatory developments. - The forecast needs to cover not only industry and PMK SKUs but also competitive brands and key segments. Business Analysis: - Research – and provide insights on – economic, industry, and competitive developments through access and study of public and governmental information sources, in-market sales data, retail POS data, PMK Field Force, External Affairs, and other functions in order to prepare the underlying assumptions for planning and budgeting scenarios. - Screen and organize competitor information from public sources and retail POS data. - Analyze the information to provide input on likely competitor strategies and actions. - When required, develop proposals to counteract competitive threats. - Results of these analysis must be presented to relevant group(s) either through report publication and/or oral presentation. - Properly define strategic priorities and advise management on which business approach to take. - Continuously challenging of resource allocation to ensure highest return on investment. Executive Presentation: - Develop executive presentations of PMK budgets, strategic reviews and management updates with high visual quality and easy-to-understand presentation format. - In addition, support executive presentations to employees and external audiences, such as new recruits, investment communities, trade partners and public groups, ensuring accurate and appropriate content. Who we are looking for: - Higher education in finance/economics. - Experience in similar managerial positions. - Project management skills and experience. - People management skills. - Strong collaboration, communication skills, and the ability to connect the dots effectively. - English language proficiency - upper-intermediate level or higher. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel/PowerPoint).
