Sales & Operations Planning Executive

Your ‘day to day’: • Spearhead Sales and Operations processes in the Market, driving alignment and approval of the Markets Demand Plan by the Management team. • Foster collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Business Planning teams to capture market dynamics and trends, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and strategic new product planning. • Enhance Statistical forecasts with real-time market insights and product launches to optimize accuracy. • Lead Integrated Business Planning meetings to synchronize efforts and drive strategic endeavors. • Monitor forecast performance and proactively resolve deviations, ensuring agility and responsiveness to market changes. • Coordinate with Supply Chain partners to optimize inventory management and ensure product availability at the market level. • Collaborate with Regional Customer Service and Global Supply Chain teams to implement market-specific strategies. • Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes, techniques, and systems through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Who we’re looking for: • University degree preferably in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields • Experience of minimum 3 years in FMCG industry, Electronics or Medical Device industry, ideally within an international company • Previous exposure to Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning is mandatory • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite) is a strong plus • Strong analytical skills • Fluent in English and local language What we offer: • Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
