Your ‘day to day’: As an Intern you will be part of our Open+ Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Deployment Lead. The position will be based in Bologna. In your role, you will join the Open+ team supporting in managing the Open+ model within the organization. You will collaborate with production teams, in order to identify the most suitable tools to eliminate losses and optimize downtime along the production line. You will also support the on-floor teams for the creation of skills that allow operators to independently carry out routine activities during planned and unplanned downtime. Specific Responsibilities: • Support and provide coaching to production teams in the use of Open+ tools • Identification of strategies to increase the efficiency of the lines and reduce lossess • KPI and data analysis Who we’re looking for: • Degree in Engineering, or related fields • Literacy in Office Suite • Fluent in English and in Italian • Ability to work in team and to engage with internal stakeholders • High analytical skills, excellent communication and problem solving skills What we offer: Type of contract: Internship of 6 months length Work location: Crespellano Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
