András Tövisi, Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. András Tövisi became Managing Director CZ, SK & HU on June 1, 2011. He is responsible for managing Philip Morris ČR a.s., Philip Morris Slovakia s.r.o. and Philip Morris Hungary.

Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Philip Morris Hungary. Mr. Tövisi started his career in PMI in 1991 in Sales team of Philip Morris Hungary. He then assumed Sales and Marketing management positions in different regions around the world and Sales functions at PMI’s Operations Center in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Mr. Tövisi holds a university degree from the College of International Trade in Budapest.

Mr. András Tövisi has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Philip Morris ČR a.s. since June 2011.

Martin Hlaváček, Director of Corporate Affairs and Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Hlaváček was appointed Director Corporate Affairs in Philip Morris ČR a.s in January 2013.  

He joined PM ČR with a solid track record from a public sector, having held several senior positions in regulatory and government affairs area with a focus on EU affairs.

Mr. Hlaváček holds a Degree in Economics and Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences. Furthermore, he studied Strategic and Financial Management at the University of Seville, Spain and graduated from the Diplomatic Academy.

Stanislava Juríková, Director of Finance and Member of the Board of Directors

Mrs. Stanislava Juríková was appointed Director Finance & IS CZ & SK in Philip Morris ČR a.s. in December 2011.

She began her career with Philip Morris Slovakia s.r.o. in 1996 and has held various positions overseeing finance activities related to accounting, internal controls, reporting, capital expenditure, budgeting and planning. In 2006 she was relocated to Philip Morris ČR a.s. as Manager Planning & Business Development, responsible for Czech market, followed by an assignment in Philip Morris International Inc. in Switzerland in the global Financial Planning, Management Reporting & Systems department. Since November 2008 she headed the Finance & Administration department in Philip Morris Slovakia s.r.o.

Mrs. Juríková holds a Bachelor Degree in Management from the Comenius University in Bratislava and a Professional Diploma in Management from the Open University Business School, Milton Keynes, UK.

Mrs. Juríková is a member of the Board of Directors of Philip Morris ČR a.s. since April, 2012.

Igor Potočár, Director of Sales and Distribution and Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Igor Potočár was appointed Director Sales and Distribution in Philip Morris ČR a.s in September 2010. Prior to this, he was the Head of the Sales and Distribution department in Philip Morris Slovakia s.r.o. Mr. Potočár started working for Philip Morris Slovakia s.r.o. in 1993 and held various positions in Sales and Distribution.

Mr. Potočár holds a university degree in education.

Mr. Potočár is a member of the Board of Directors of Philip Morris ČR a.s. since November 8, 2010.

Andreas Gronemann, Director Operations and Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Gronemann joined Philip Morris ČR a.s. in July 2011 as Director Operations of Philip Morris ČR a.s. Prior to this assignment he was Director Operations at Philip Morris Romania.

Mr. Gronemann joined PMI in 1998 in Philip Morris Germany as a trainee in Berlin manufacturing plant. He held several positions with an increasing responsibility in primary and secondary production units. He was appointed Manager Secondary in 2005 and Manager Manufacturing in 2006. He joined PMI Operations Center in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2007 as Manager Supply Chain Project and later as Manager Operations Planning West Cluster. He took over the role of Director Operations Romania in 2009 and since July 2011, he has been Director Operations Philip Morris ČR a.s.

Mr. Gronemann holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Spain.

Mr. Gronemann has been Member of the Board of Directors of Philip Morris ČR a.s. since July 19, 2011.

Richard Nič, Director of Marketing and Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Richard Nič was appointed Director of Marketing in Philip Morris ČR a.s. in January 2011.

Mr. Nič joined Philip Morris ČR a.s. in July 2009 as Senior Brand Manager for Premium Brands. Prior to this, Mr. Nič worked for eleven years for major international advertising agencies across several markets in Europe.

Mr. Nič holds a university degree in philosophy. 

Mr. Nič has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Philip Morris ČR a.s. since April 2011.
