Recruitment Process

We work with a structured recruitment process. The number of steps and evaluation tools vary from country to country, but we strive to provide fairness and consistency for all candidates.


You can apply in two ways:

  1. Browse our available positions (see our job pages) and apply for an opening.
  2. Register and send us a spontaneous application.


After you apply, your application will be screened based on job requirements and profiling. Selected applicants will be contacted for an interview or other testing (such as technical, ability, or language assessment).


If your application is chosen, you will be invited to a personal interview with the hiring manager and a Human Resources representative. Interviews help us get a closer look at your skills and competencies, and give you the chance to get to know us better. Our interviews consist of a structured series of questions intended to enhance the quality and accuracy of the interview. For a few preparation tips, take a look at Preparing for Interviews. Depending on the complexity of the job, we sometimes use other selection methods such as assessment centers.


The candidate chosen for the job will be presented with a job offer, including salary details, benefits, and terms of employment. We will answer all your questions regarding the PMI compensation approach, details of the offer, and anything else related to administration or benefits.


We will work together to make your introduction to PMI as smooth as possible. You will receive the tools, knowledge, and support to be successful and productive from day one, and your first three months will feature activities designed to help you feel welcome and become an essential member of our team.
