Consumer Insights

This department collects and analyzes information that is essential for the company’s strategic decisions. Employees monitor economic and regulatory changes in the tobacco market, assess business environment developments, and analyze how these developments can affect the company.

Corporate Affairs

The Corporate Affairs department strives to build, reinforce, and promote a strong corporate identity and culture. It sets high standards for our practices, our communication with employees and our interaction with key business and social stakeholders. It develops and executes strategies to ensure a stable and predictable operating environment so that we can grow as a company while developing our business, our brands and our people.

Finance

Finance manages and provides support through core functional groups, both locally and globally. Here you will find opportunities to develop in the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax and Customs, Operations Finance, Internal Controls and Compliance, Business Process Improvement, Disbursements, Intercompany and Accounting, General Ledger and Treasury.

Information Services

This department maintains systems and provides support to all business functions. We seek talented people with experience in customizing the SAP system and familiarity with modern technologies and processes to fill a range of positions supporting PMI’s affiliates worldwide.

Human Resources

HR provides support and end-to-end customer issue resolution to PMI employees across the European Union, the Middle East and Africa. We are looking for professionals to meet our local and global business needs within the following areas: Develop and Counsel, Reward and Retain, Recruitment, Mobility and HR Service Management.

Law

It is extremely important for us to develop strategies and meet our objectives in compliance with rapidly changing laws, applicable regulations, and internal PMI policies and practices. The main aim of the Law department is to support internal clients from other functions and to provide our employees with effective legal assistance in a variety of areas.

Marketing and Sales

The Marketing and Sales Departments work together to provide adult smokers with innovative, high quality products. To meet this goal they develop products that meet consumer preferences; create marketing, sales and distribution strategies; communicate with our adult consumers; and secure superior visibility and availability of our products on the Polish market.

Operations

The modern production center in Krakow is the fourth-largest PMI factory worldwide and the largest in terms of production variety. The department's operations extend from dealing with growers to buying and processing tobacco leaves to manufacturing tobacco products that meet adult consumers’ expectations. We supply a wide range of quality products for domestic and export markets. Production is supported by the Agronomy, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and EHS departments.
