The internship and traineeship programs take place year-round. Participants can get involved in day-to-day tasks and observe the company’s activities, since we conduct projects throughout the year. We offer a chance to work in various departments in order to gain experience and observe business processes from different perspectives.
Every intern or trainee has a coach who draws up a plan, gives direction, assigns tasks and responsibilities, oversees performance, and provides support. As a result, each participant has clear tasks and objectives, and the framework for a comfortable work environment.
We give interns and trainees challenging jobs, so they can gain experience and recognize their strengths as well as areas where they need to improve.
