Mr. Psotta is our Vice President and Controller, a position he has held since October 2004.
Chief Financial Officer

Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Whitson was appointed Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in January 2011.
President, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa Region and PMI Duty Free
Mr. Zielinski was appointed President, EEMA Region and PMI Duty Free in March 2010.
As of August 1, 2012, Mr. Azinovic will assume the position of President of our European Union Region with responsibility for managing our business in the EU.
Mr. Azinovic joined Philip Morris Asia Limited in March 2009 as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales. He was appointed President of Philip Morris Japan in July 2011.
