Mr. Hurwitz was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs in July 2006.
Mr. Hurwitz was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs in July 2006 and is responsible for PMI’s regulatory, fiscal, and communication strategies.
From July 2005 to June 2006, he served as Vice President of Regulatory and Fiscal Affairs PMI. Before this, he was Vice President and Associate General Counsel for our Latin America and Canada region from September 2003 to June 2005. Prior to joining PMI, Mr. Hurwitz was with Altria since 1999. Previously, Mr. Hurwitz was a partner in the regulatory and litigation practices of Arnold & Porter.
