Every year, PMI recruits graduates from a variety of disciplines and higher education institutions around the world. We prefer candidates to have:

  • a degree from a recognized university or business school;
  • a good command of written and spoken English (fluency in another language is also an asset); and 
  • business experience through internships or student placements.
