Welcome to Philip Morris Korea Inc., an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI). Since we were established in 1989, we have endeavored to provide high-quality tobacco products to adults in Korea.
Our production facility in Yangsan, South Gyeongsang province, was established in 2002. In 2012, we invested around KRW 200 billion in a new factory, which can produce 40 billion cigarettes a year. Domestically, we manufacture brands such as Marlboro, Parliament, Virginia S., and Lark.
In June 2017, Philip Morris Korea Inc. introduced the IQOS heated tobacco product, that heats—rather than burns—specially-designed tobacco units, called HEETS.
