Our Recruitment Process

We have a structured recruitment process. So while the number of steps and evaluation tools may vary from country to country, we aim to be completely fair and consistent with every candidate. Your application is screened based on job requirements. When we feel that the fit is right, we’ll contact you about next steps.
01 Interview

You will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager and a Human Resources representative who will take a closer look at your skills and competencies. This is your chance to ask questions and get to know us better. Depending on the complexity of the job, we may run further interviews and assessment centers.

If we think you're the perfect candidate for the job, you will receive a job offer that includes salary details, benefits, and terms of employment.

03 First Day

From your very first day, you will get the support, guidance, and necessary tools to make sure you feel welcome. Your first three months will be packed with activities to help you to become a valuable member of our team.
