As part of the Customer Care team you'd be the compass of the whole ship.
You will help us to
• Monitor quality and performance of all interactions with customers in digital touchpoints and propose improvement initiatives;
• Participate in the development of global outbound campaigns;
• Collaborate in Iberic pilot-projects and feasibility testings;
• Support daily escalation procedures to ensure quick issue resolution.
By gathering these insights and portraying them constructively to the organization we will help the project teams to focus on priority areas as well as the tactics that will make our consumers the happiest.
Moreover, you'd be translating the findings into action and help us to continuously transform our business towards a consumer centric organization.
About the Digital Care Operations Internship
As a Digital Care Operations Intern, you will be reporting to the Customer Care Operations Manager and will be in charge of digital platforms optimization while engaging with the entire organization to further create the customer experience mindset in an omni-channel and results driven organization. You’ll be challenged to contribute with innovative ideas and work collaboratively with your team, in Portugal and Spain.
Who we’re looking for
Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar that integrates digital knowledge;
Excellent written competencies;
Customer and quality oriented;
Good Knowledge in Office tools;
Native Portuguese and Advanced level of English;
Strong motivation for solving key business challenges in an ever-changing business environment;
Creative skills and an action-oriented attitude.
