To develop/expand and maintain indirect retail touch points in SIS/Corner format where can deliver F2F services including cleaning / after-services to wider range of LAU/S population in Japan as part of IQOS experiences to accelerate acquisition and retention.
Ensure to achieve all commercial KPIs for indirect retails within agreed budget
1: Support New Channel Development manager to build the indirect retail strategies and business model by identifying opportunities and business issues through thorough market analysis
2:Execute all the agreed commercial plans to responsible touchpoints ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
The scope includes deployment of any initiativies to HQ level to store staff level., delivering on-boarding training for new shop staffs and provide right tool box to perform IQOS services at any responsible touchpoints
3:Build and maintain good business relationship with responsible business partners including agencies to keep the advantage over competition.
4:Ensure responsible touchpoints follows on PMJ:s guideline on store designs and VMD planograms to keep the consistency among IQOS Brand Retails.
5:Drive and develop commercial tool box for responsible touchpoints within agreed timeline and approved budget. The scope includes TPOSM/PPOSM/Fixtures/ipad contents / e-learning infrastructures
6:Ensure achieving all the operational KPIs fore responsible touchpoints which includes “Revenue”, ”Sales Profit”, “IMS”, ”Off-take”, “SOM” and others within approved budget.
