Team Leader Test Item Management

We are currently looking for a: Team Leader Test Item Management With the following requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science (preferably in Chemistry) Proven experience in project management, ability to set priority, develop and suggest solutions in a changing environment, within tobacco, pharma or food industry Solid interpersonal mindset, integrity as well as proven management skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various stakeholders Demonstrated experience in ISO 17025 and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) environment Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. If you possess the above mentioned profile then you are the one we want to meet for staffing our Testing Laboratories Team in Philip Morris Products S.A., Science and Innovation, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. As a Team Leader Test Item Management, you will manage the activities within the team in charge of the logistics, preparation and registration of items related to projects, in accordance to ISO 17025 and GLPs standards. You will lead all analytical requests, the short term planning and scheduling in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within Testing Laboratories and Governance department as well as other functions within Science and Innovation. Specific responsibilities : Collect, clarify and register analytical requests in the related planning tool for further scheduling of the activities in collaboration with stakeholders Maintain and enhance a strong collaboration with the analytical laboratories, affiliates and SMEs to efficiently schedule analytical request in order to provide high quality service to product development Organize and facilitate the short term planning meetings with stakeholders for the scheduling of the analytical requests and liaise with analytical laboratories to propose solutions and alternatives to maximize efficiency and support to clients Ensure that the team supports activities for reception, storage, registration and preparation of test items and in accordance to ISO 17025 and GLPs standards Guarantee that facilities and equipment, for sample storage and conditioning, is monitored and maintained Forecast the acquisition of additional equipment (capacity and capability) to ensure business continuity and efficient support to clients Develop the team regarding both the technical areas of the Test Item management activities, including tools and processes, and quality related activities Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive continuous improvement within the team Ensure adherence to ISO 17025 and GLPs standards by maintaining internal quality documents and related processes.
