Project Lead New Channel Development

To newly develop/expand and maintain indirect retail touch points in Shop in Shop /Corner format where F2F consumer services (cleaning / after-services included) to wider range of Legal Age User/Smoker population is delivered, aiming at providing LAU/S with quality of IQOS experiences, which should positively influence consumer acquisition and retention. Accountability 1 : Lead approx. 50 new touchpoints (Shop in Shop style) development beyond existing stores Key metrics in business partner selection should be identified by; - Conducting industrial study and quantify the business opportunities for the new business partners - Segmentation & prioritization of the selected partners including but not limited to " fast growing retail /mall" , " fashion" , " Life Style/Furniture" and etc to address all types of consumer needs - Building business case with solid ROI and drive key stakeholder negotiations with the potential business partners - Familiarizing self & business partners to adapt FFWD approach and maximize agility in execution Accountability 2 : Ensure full alignment with internal & global stakeholders for project managements. Scope includes - Annual project alignment and its approval - Production company/vender selections criteria - Manage the budgets and handle the project within the approved budgets Accountability 3 : Execute all the agreed commercial plans to responsible touchpoints ensuring operational excellence and compliance. The scope includes deployment of any initiatives to HQ level to store staff level., delivering on-boarding training for new shop staffs and provide right tool box to perform IQOS services at any responsible touchpoints Accountability 4 : Maintain consistency in design and Customer Experiences across the channel including - Merchandizing units - P(T)POSMs - Consumer Journey Enforcement (Consumer needs base Customer Experiences enforcement) Accountability 5 : Provide appropriate training to the retail staffs collaborating with Retail Staff Development team as well as 3rd party agency in the area of responsibility. The scope incudes but not limited to - Product Knowledge Training - General Service Training - Hospitality Training Accountability 6 : Ensure achieving all the operational KPIs for responsible touchpoints including - Quantitative KPIs : Revenue, Off-take, IMS, Share, Purchase Strike Ratio and etc. - Qualitative KPIs : Conversion Rate, CS, NPS Accountability 7 : Active collaboration with the team to ensure related business knowledge transfer within the team as support of the manager. Skills /Function Specifics: Proven technical knowhow to build or start new business from scratch Strong communication / negotiation / presentation skills in Japanese & Intermediate in English Strong analytical Skills incorporated with logical thinking In-depth and broad experiences in Japan retail business Strong Project Management Skills with drive for results / standing alone & customer/consumer focus mind Work Experiences : 7-10 years experience of " Store developments " or " New Business Developments " in FMCG 2-3 years of working experience in Key Account Sales or Regional Sales (HQ negotiation) Education: College/University
