Digital Solutions Support Executive

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Participate in multidimensional Digital projects making sure that Digital and Information Services (IS) go “hand in hand,” in a seamless way, to ensure that the right commercial digital solutions are delivered and supported for the market • Contribute into Digital Transformation through evaluation of the most cutting edge tech solutions being focused on experimentation, delivering and piloting of MVPs as well as work closely with IS in order to do proper industrialization of newly built solutions (including industrialization, deployment and post-implementation support) • Take a part in deployment and support of locally and centrally developed Digital solutions: - Clearly define deliverables, timelines, and dependencies with key stakeholders - Facilitate deployment of new functional modules according to business requirements - Ensure proper level of integration as well as participate in creation of interfaces with cloud-based solutions - Troubleshoot issues and provide fixes that address root cause of specific problem - Keep technical documentation up to date REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • 2-3 years of experience in a Digital Agency/Start-up/FMCG companies • Practical experience in setup, configuration, development and support of different B2C & B2B solutions (i.e. E-Commerce, CMS and CRM) • Solid understanding of cloud-based solutions architecture principles (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure etc.) • Hands-on experience of building bots with Viber, Telegram and Facebook will be an advantage • Application development & deployment experience complemented by good understanding of Digital Marketing principles (Omni channel content delivery strategy & execution, SMM, SEO etc.) will be an advantage SOFT SKILLS: • Digital savvy • Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity with diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical thinking capabilities • Creative approach to problem solving • Excellent communication skills • Good teamwork and collaboration • English: Upper-Intermediate level, Russian: Intermediate level
