Financial Analyst – Pricing

YOU are a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to work well in a team as well as independently, with minimal supervision. YOU are a self-starter who is well organized, analytical and good at prioritizing with a strong sense of urgency. YOU possess a University degree in Business (Finance or Accounting) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance. Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel is a must and experience with SAP is an asset. You are legally eligible to work in Canada. THE OPPORTUNITY You will be the owner and prime contact of pricing and fees information and their accurate update and maintenance in ours systems. You will collaborate with different areas of the business to gather appropriate support documentation to ensure completeness of information for systems updates. You will perform month-end close as well as budgeting/forecasting activities related to our owned and leased properties, and also be responsible for reporting financial information to Statistics Canada and completing ad-hoc assignments in the area.
