Designer / Creative for global digital learning design studio

OVERVIEW As part of the global Center of Expertise for Learning, you will design and develop innovative and engaging digital learning assets and experiences for Philip Morris International. The learning solutions created will provide tangible support in addressing pressing business problems and building capability across the enterprise. They will be an essential part of the enablement across the organization to deliver on our vision of a Smoke-Free Future. The role is part of a newly created team and reports to the global eLearning design studio lead. You will part of an initial team of five, with a view to expand the team as demand for the new products and services provided grows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Development of impactful and interactive digital learning assets and experiences which are contextually relevant, pedagogically engaging and effective • Proactively managing own scope of work, including identification of dependencies and suggesting improvements on an ongoing basis • Taking ownership for the quality of the solution across all phases of a project • Identification of risks, finding ways to mitigate them and ensuring delivery of products that are functional and robust • Monitoring trends, exploring emerging technology and making recommendations to continually evolve the quality of the digital learning solutions created • Positively contribute to the collective success and development of others to create a positive and proactive working environment • Collaboration with colleagues in the global learning CoE as well as in our global learning services teams • Working with subject matter experts and capability builders in the functions and regions to understand needs and deliver meaningful learning products KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Experience of working in an agency environment as part of solution-focused teams, ideally in learning design • Experience of designing a variety of digital (learning) formats such as videos, e-learning (SCORM, HTML5), articles, infographics, animations, games/simulations, podcasts, virtual classrooms, gamification etc. • Experience and expertise in at least two of the following areas: o UX design o Graphic design o Web design/development o Video editing/animation o Instructional design o Product design o Copywriting & ability to translate complex content into ‘digestible nuggets’ • Competent in leveraging a variety of coding languages and authoring tools to create interactive elements and features • Attention detail & passion to deliver exceptional qu ality • Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills • Natural communicator and collaborator • Desire to shape agile ways of project-based working, ensuring our customers are at the heart of our decisions and taking an experimental approach to learn, adjust and improve • Proven track record in consistently achieving and exceeding expectations • A proactive approach to your own learning and a desire to further your career • Further useful but not essential experience: o Using next gen learning platforms such as Fuse o Working in international, matrixed organizations, e.g. a large corporate or consultancy We are looking forward to having you join our diverse and passionate team in the global Center of Expertise.
