Senior IS Systems Analyst

Senior IS Systems Analyst (Operations Systems) APPLY AS Senior IS Systems ANALYST PMI is looking to hire a Senior IS Systems Analyst. As such you will be part of the team responsible for supporting crucial Operations Systems & Applications, as well as leading or contributing to key IT projects for our Krakow factory, producing both traditional and new, smoke-free category of products. You will be helping to understand the business needs and translate them into the IT Service or Project requirements, having significant contribution into the current and future services & systems delivered to the business. WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT • An analytical mind with university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Econometric, Automation & Robotics, Engineering or equivalent experience • A professional with proven track of experience in supporting or deploying systems (Manufacturing or Supply Chain areas experience is an asset) • A candidate with a strongly developed continuous improvement mindset • An action-oriented individual, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ready to work in a challenging business environment • Fluent English and communicative Polish speaker IDEALLY YOU WILL ALSO HAVE • Experience in MS SQL 2008R2 and MS SSRS 2008R2 and newer • Working knowledge of MS Windows Server and Client operating systems and computer networks • Understanding of MES, LES and SCADA class of systems • Proven track record in Project and Service Management   RISE TO THE CHALLENGE As Senior IS Systems Analyst you will: • Take active part or lead implementations of new systems in the Operations area • Act as the main speaking partner for the business stakeholders, the Business Engagement Managers, central Service & Project Mangers • Efficiently identify and support the stakeholders in adjusting and enhancing IS platforms to best support the business process development • Elicit, collect and document functional & technical requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical experts • Provide run & support services to our internal customers continuously looking at possibilities of service improvements • Continuously develop yourself through gaining practical knowledge, formal trainings, peer networks, professional events etc. WE OFFER • Multinational experience within a highly dynamic organization moved by the vision of a Smoke-Free Future • Possibility to participate in international projects and open-up exciting career opportunities • Attractive social package & benefits (e.g. employee pension program, private medical and dental care, life insurance, subsidized meals, company kindergarden etc.) • wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • free bike and car parking for all employees APPLY ON-LINE IN ENGLISH AT WWW.PMICAREERS.PL BY 22.04.2019 Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
