Talent Acquisition Manager

Over the past three years, Philip Morris International (PMI) has made a dramatic pivot away from the marketing and sales of combustible cigarettes, and moved towards its Reduced-Risk Product (RRP) portfolio, focusing on its flagship product, IQOS. This product is PMI’s step forward to creating a “smoke-free future” for legal age consumers who continue to enjoy tobacco, but are seeking smoke-free alternatives. All of this has been accompanied by an organization-wide transformation in ways of working, culture and strategy. You will join a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving environment in a role which requires great agility, ability to deal with ambiguity, drive, curiosity and entrepreneurial-spirit. A critical end-to-end talent acquisition position, focused on managing E-Hub vacancies within Engineering, Technology and Quality, PMI Science & Innovation. Accountability: 1- With a solid understanding of the business, partner with internal stakeholders to assess the long-term and short-term resourcing needs of the organization, and devise appropriate action steps to address these needs 2- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including partnering with key internal and external stakeholders in conducting rigorous mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing processes to identify suitably qualified candidates, whilst reducing reliance on external recruitment agencies 3- Support the long-term resourcing need of the organization by adopting a long-term approach to talent pipelining. This includes developing, enhancing, and nuturing key relationships with professional bodies, associations, schools, universities relevant to the organization; and identify ways to engage with our target audience. 4- In line with PMI's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), partner with the broader Talent Acqusition team in developing and implementing Employer Branding initiatives that support specifc functions or markets. Enhance the candidate journey, and cultivate mutually beneficial working relationships with internal & external stakeholders to further enhance our Employer Brand. 5- Maintain data integrity in the Talent Acquisition database and conduct extensive data analysis and reporting as required 6- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, act in the best interest of PMI and ensure the quality of new hires are in line with PMI's requirements (Legal/Compliance). Knowledge and experience desired to undertake this role: Education: College/University, Bachelor degree Ideal Experience: Approximately 8 years of solid talent acquisition, recruitment, resourcing experience gained from a sizeable organization In-house and agency experience preferred Former exposure to Electronics Manufacturing; or Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Product Development recruitment functions preferred "Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with the capability to work well with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management globally Good time management and prioritization skills to balance workload and meet objectives with minimal supervision Solid understanding of a rigorous search process, with the capacity to work well within a highly complicated matrix organisation with varying systems and processes Philip Morris International: Building a Smoke-Free Future Philip Morris International (PMI) is leading a transformation in the tobacco industry to create a smoke-free future and ultimately replace cigarettes with smoke-free products to the benefit of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, society, the company and its shareholders.
