Philip Morris International (PMI)’s Science and Innovation (S&I) Division, based in Lausanne, Switzerland is looking for a Head of Business Incubation. The Science and Innovation division is responsible for developing Reduced Risk Products (RRP) as well as content and business building incubation in support of successful commercialization. New business opportunities are a crucial endeavor for our company and this group will be responsible for incubating new business building approaches in select S&I areas of focus as well as for leading projects in support of PMIs longer term business model.

We are looking for someone to manage complex multifaceted projects as well as external engagement events under tight timelines.
Responsible to explore and establish new business building opportunities in support of the successful commercialization of our Smoke-Free vison and portfolio of Smoke-Free products.
Mid to long term planning of the Business Incubation channel engagement programs. Accountable for the associated key performance indicators (KPIs).
Internal and external stakeholder engagement. Internally, the candidate will be the key point of contact for all PMI markets and B2B regional teams. You will liaise directly with Markets, Global Communications, Law, and Consumer Engagement teams to amplify business growth both domestically as well as internationally.
Externally, you will be tasked to identify, engage and establish new partnership opportunities. Whilst developing and remaining engagement toolboxes as well as train PMI markets on how to use and deploy its contents (and its associated assets). The candidate will guide and collaborate in the design, production, and evolution of hospitality industry specific value propositions and assets.
Establish and manage effective communication platforms, allowing for the sharing of latest progress updates, best practices, as well as to celebrate market and PMI successes.
Experience and demonstrated skills:
Extensive experience working in a management position in sales and business development.
Demonstrated market entry strategy development at local as well as Global level.
PR and marketing experience a plus.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, action-oriented and driven professional that leverages their in-depth go-to-market commercialization experience and knowledge.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must.
Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to establish excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
You should be well organized, with attention to detail, and have proven ability and skill sets needed to manage complex multifaceted projects under tight timelines.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into actionable strategies.
Bachelor’s degree or higher Education preferred.
