Digital Analyst Executive

You will be in the heart of the Digital Marketing team that is working to digitalize the Nordics and to create a multi-channel digital presence. THE OPPORTUNITY You will have the challenging opportunity to join a changing and evolving environment in the Stockholm office – being responsible for analyzing our digital trade content to support Philip Morris in our digital transformation and provide insights on how to improve our retailer engagement. You will work together with our digital marketing teams, as well as external agencies, to evaluate and optimizing existing content and ensure timely roll out of our weekly dashboards. Your analysis capabilities and business knowledge will lead you in supporting with actionable business proposals and decision making for the Nordic markets. You are an eager-to-learn and ambitious person at the start of your career that will bring analytic support and energy to the team. It is also a plus if you want to expand your digital expertise and if you are eager to learn about digital deployment, database maintenance and development. A motivated self-starter that wants to learn and grow within PMI will drive success in this role! You will among other things be responsible for: • Advice the digital content development based on learnings from the user behavior. • Interact and coordinate with all Nordic markets and senior management to ensure analytic support for any ad-hoc requests related to the digital platform. • Maintain weekly & monthly dashboards of platform performance across the Nordics. • Being highly proactive and driving new opportunities and projects supporting digital development. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Entry level (Recent graduates may apply) • Degree in Business/Marketing or similar • Fluent in English, and if you are fluent in any Nordic language that is a plus • Project management skills • Details & action oriented • Experience from a consumer centric company within FMCG industry or similar is a plus • Experience with digital analytics and business intelligence tools WHAT WE OFFER You will join a company that invests in you.
