Senior IQOS e-Commerce Executive

Philip Morris Korea Inc. is currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join its Digital team, based in Seoul, Korea. As part of dynamic and evolving Digital team, you will take lead in e-Commerce strategy development and deployment along the consumer journey for RRP (Reduced-Risk Product) business in collaboration with OC (Operation Center, Global Headquarters) and internal stakeholders. As we are undergoing a company-wide digital transformation in an effort to expand our RRP business, you will be operating in a fast-paced work environment and will be working in a cross-functional environment with highly matrixed resources. OPPORTUNITIES • Develop integrated e-Commerce strategies along the consumer journey followed by campaign/program orchestration for seamless experience • Maximize discoverability via feasible actions on digital & social including search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), Digital Influencers, and other means within legal boundaries and internal policies/guidelines • Plan and deploy relevant content on e-Commerce platforms in collaboration with internal stakeholders • Drive lead generation via various Digital Acquisition Programs on owned digital & social platforms including IOQS.com in collaboration with Consumer Acquisition Program Team • Drive retention and customer care via various programs on owned digital & social platforms including IQOS.com in collaboration with Consumer Retention / Customer Care Teams • Responsible for the operations of the owned platforms (e.g. IQOS.com, Kakao, IQOS App, etc.), focused on the e-Commerce sphere, including the continued enhancement of user experience • Identify emerging platforms, creative and content delivery trends, and innovative digital acquisition/retention/customer care programs that will continue to transform RRP business • Ensure internal/external compliance and legal requirements in collaboration with internal compliance, legal and control teams • Set meaningful KPIs in collaboration with Data Analytics Team followed by taking improvement actions based on insight and performance reports • Manage 3rd party partners including creative agencies, logistics providers, digital/technology service providers, etc. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-Commerce for B2C business • Ability to derive business and marketing insights from a variety of consumer and marketing performance data • Familiarity with the consumer journey, digital & social platforms, and key consumer touch points • Developing integrated e-Commerce strategies including action plans and roadmap • Ability to manage and operate e-Commerce functions in websites and mobile applications (traffic generation, consumer experience design, content planning & management, e-Merchandising, etc.) • Familiarity with Kakao platform and its various B2C functionalities • Experience in working with various digital platforms and agency partners • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), e-Commerce solutions, e-CRM platforms preferred • Experience in working with Global Headquarters is a plus • Proficient in spoken and written communications in both Korean and English APPLICATION GUIDELINES • Click ‘Apply Now’ button and ‘Upload a File’ for new applicants • Upload your English Resume either in Word or PDF format (merge your files into one file named as your English name, i.e., CV_Gildong Hong) • Fill in basic information such as employment and education • Create password and submit application BENEFITS & TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT • Contract Type : Permanent • Pension and Insurance : Retirement pension, National pension, Medical Insurance, Unemployment insurance, Occupational health and safety insurance • Medical check-up : Support the a comprehensive medical testing for employee and only one of employee’s family member • Benefits : Group life and accident insurance, Flexible Benefit, Flexible working hour (half-day Fridays) • Work location : Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea
