Key Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the company relationship and business with some of its most important clients. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing long term business relationship with assigned customers by understanding and servicing their needs to a win – win partnership. Responsibilities: - Accountable for delivering volume, revenues and profit targets for each key account in his/hers responsibility by focusing on key sales drivers (distribution, visibility, merchandising, pricing, brand activation plans); - Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in order to drive business growth; - Develop business plans to sell internally and externally new agreements; - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (finance, marketing, supply chain, legal); - Collection of receivables on time. Requirements: - Bachelor degree - Previous experience in Account Management (3 to 5 years) or previous experience in a relevant position in one of the modern trade players; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels; - Excellent organizational skills and team player; - Problem-solving and negotiation skills; - Proficiency in Romanian and English language; - Finance basics; - Driving license; FIND A NEW PATH Our Company offers you a fresh perspective.
