RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
PMFTC is seeking talented people to join our National Key Accounts Group. You will lead the development of your assigned National Key Account/s for PMFTC to be in a sustainable, competitive advantage versus competition. You will develop and execute competitive and strategic programs to support the achievement of planned market and brand-related sales targets.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead head office negotiations so as to obtain leverage for mutual sales and profitability benefits
- Develop account-specific strategies aligned with the Channel strategy and Commercial plans, and recommend appropriate execution requirements needed by the account to ensure PMFTC gets the best on return on investment in terms of visibility, profitability, and share of market
- Conduct category analysis on availability, handling, visibility, price parity, product quality and promotional execution, as a tool for decision-making and deliver KPI results versus targets
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Planning, Internal Controls, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure flawless execution of plans
You have a Bachelor’s degree in any business related course. You have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling. You must be amenable to doing regular fieldwork, you have a valid driver’s license, and have at least 1 year of driving experience.
WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
The Finance Center, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
