We are looking for an
IS ANALYST (SAP)
RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
As member of SAP Support Team you will support SAP users across Latin America & Canada region by responding to their queries and requests related to the usage of the Regional SAP ERP system.
YOU ARE ABLE TO
• Provide advice, assistance and support to our internal SAP users by resolving SAP tickets assigned to our SAP support team.
• Design, build and deploy SAP solutions for business teams by working closely with relevant SAP functional teams.
• Create and maintain systems/services documentations and training programs within assigned scope.
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services
• University degree or currently studying Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
• Strong communication, flexible, analytical, problem solving and customer oriented skills.
• At least 1-2 years in SAP working experience. Ideally MM module.
• Fluent level of English, spoken and written.
• Portuguese or French is an asset.
