Intern Operations Strategy & Results Delivery

Over the past three years, Philip Morris International (PMI) has made a dramatic pivot away from the marketing and sales of combustible cigarettes, and moved towards its Reduced-Risk Product (RRP) portfolio, focusing on its flagship product, IQOS. This launch of this product is PMI’s step forward to creating a smoke-free future for legal age consumers who continue to enjoy tobacco, but are seeking smoke-free alternatives. We are looking for: Intern Operations Strategy & Results Delivery Requirements: o An education in economics, business, engineering, industrial, or related areas o Good ability to manage ambiguities o Autonomous & results oriented o Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and rigorous. o Interact regularly with large groups of cross-functional players o Proficient user of Microsoft Excel & other applications supporting the initiative o Proficient oral and written communication skills o Fluent in both written and spoken English If you are also flexible to work in an international environment, like teamwork and creativity, you are the one we want for our global Operations Strategy & Results Delivery team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As an Operations Strategy intern, you will lead one of the loss elimination projects working with all Operations and Finance functions, you will be in charge of defining customer requirements in order to propose the right solution fitting the need. You will drive Proof Of Concept validation with selected departments. You will learn new methods, tools and new tricks. You will have the unique opportunity to work with a cross functional team from Finance to different teams in Operation.
