Acquisition Program Executive

Philip Morris Korea Inc. is currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join its Consumer Acquisition Program team, based in Seoul, Korea. OPPORTUNITIES Consumer Program Idea Generation Enhancement • Program idea generation from understanding / analyzing market situation & consumer voice • Understanding different needs by each consumer groups & channel, and develop program accordingly Support Consumer Program Launch • Coordinate opinions from various departments to prepare seamless launch of programs at each channel • Process establishment & support various follow up tasks required for program launch (contract creation, finance process follow up, marketing support materials creation, etc) • Negotiate with 3rd party vendor / company to come up with best possible outcome for program both financially & consumer needs • Embed program process in e-commerce for consumers to have seamless program experience from e-commerce side • Support & conduct sprint / pilot test of generated ideas and come up with consumer voice as well as results Consumer Program Enhancement • Analyze current status & consumer voice to come up with enhancement • Find necessary adjustments to programs by conducting field visits at each channel sites & understanding consumer trends • Differentiate programs at different channels for targeted consumers. • Conduct sprint / pilot test to enhance existing programs Consumer Program Expansion • Evaluate proven program needs at each channel & expand accordingly • New channel development in cooperation with relevant departments Consumer Program Communication • Consumer Program communication & marketing method development in cooperation with relevant functions.
