Business Process Improvement Analyst

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE As a Business Process Improvement Analyst you will: • Play advisory role to the business stakeholders (sales, marketing, digital, production etc.) in creation of control environment for the new processes and tools • Undertake detailed testing of Company’s controls, draw conclusions about their efficiency and effectiveness and propose improvements • Carryout internal risk-based reviews of business processes and supporting IT systems for all Company functions (sales, marketing, digital, production etc.) • Provide active consultancy to the business stakeholders on a daily basis and promote organizational awareness about the company’s standards, controls responsibilities and activities • Participate in the ad-hoc projects to provide support and guidance in the implementation of effective and efficient process and systems controls • Perform Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) related activities in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A TEAM PLAYER AND SKILLED COMMUNICATOR WITH: • University degree – preferably in Finance, Economics, Financial Management, Audit, Business Administration or similar • min. 3 years of work experience within similar scope of presented responsibilities preferably in multinational FMCG company • Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders • Analytical skills, logical thinking and orientation to details • Advanced spoken and written English & Polish knowledge • Good MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) • Work experience with implementation or review of IT systems (as a plus) WE OFFER: • Multinational experience within a highly dynamic organization moved by the vision of a Smoke-Free Future • Possibility to work in the international team, participation in various projects and open-up exciting career opportunities • Working in a cool office (by Dworzec Gdański metro station) Competitive salary and wide range of the best-in-class benefits: o flexible working arrangements adjusted to your needs o private medical and dental care, life insurance o subsidized meals o multisport program o holiday & Christmas bonus o wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and possibility for support in getting higher professional qualification o employee pension plan PLEASE APPLY ON-LINE IN ENGLISH TILL 07/01/2019 r.
