We are currently looking for a: Manager Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Processes We don’t just want any Manager, here is our checklist: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent (with additional certificates), or degree in Information Systems. Substantial experience in a Business function or Information System department within international companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods or electronics industry. Sound leadership skills and experience in project management and new process development Proficient with PLM tools. Fluent in both oral and written English. If you are also good with planning, prioritization, teamwork and management of diverse stakeholders, while operating and suggesting solutions in a changing complex environment, you are the one we want for our Process and System Integration Team, in Philip Morris Products S.A., Science and Innovation, in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Manager PLM Processes you will drive the development and optimization of the product lifecycle business processes, lead the integration with the PLM system and impacted processes and systems in the organization. You will develop strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the PLM system and processes, as well as implement them in collaboration with cross-functional teams. In addition, you will engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements in order to estimate their impact on current systems and business processes. Specific responsibilities: Identify and lead business process creation and optimization initiatives related to product lifecycle Work with other teams to help streamlining existing business processes related to product lifecycle and ensure the successful implementation and documentation of new processes Define key performance indicators for new processes to track the success and sustainability of the process performance Get a complete understanding of business needs, define and prioritize all features of the system accordingly Ensure consistent systems delivery across all solutions by aligning with peers on impacted systems and processes Work closely with other functions to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes Provide on a regular basis the impact assessments and resources needs to department head and process owners in order to have sufficient business participation in systems and processes design and delivery.
