We offer you the opportunity of joining our Commercial Operations Team supporting our Commercial Planning department with opportunities for cross functional support in Marketing, Innovation, Reduced Risk Products, Commercial Planning or National Key Accounts Departments. You will provide administrative support to the relevant department and your duties will include general administrative support, crafting purchase orders, reporting, and project based work. You will support the team with data management, meeting coordination, market intelligence and reconciliation of their budgets. You will also provide ongoing support for individuals within the department by coordinating internal and external meetings as needed and by handling various ad hoc requests.
• College diploma or Post-Secondary education
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
• Strong computer skills using various software packages with emphasis on SAP, Excel
• Other Microsoft Office programs are an outstanding asset.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• You are legally authorized to work in Canada
