Manager People & Culture

As a P&C (People and Culture) Manager, you will: Serve as a business partner to the teams in Caucasus and Moldova with accountability for: • Development and deployment of P&C Strategy for Caucasus and Moldova, including talent injection, integration, development and management • Oversee employer branding activities, i.e. Internship programs and relations with Universities • Support implementation of total rewards strategy • Deployment and facilitation of Employee Engagement and Learning activities • Supervision of P&C Operations processes We are looking for a driven and action oriented person who has: • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in multinational company; • Strong analytical skills, customer focus, communication, planning, organizational skills; • Good understanding of organization and processes in HR direction; • Is fluent in English What we offer: • Work in truly international environment with unique development opportunities and professional growth You will join a global market leader with opportunities for learning and professional growth.
