As a Customer Excellence Executive, you will gain experience and valuable knowledge in various areas of expertise, such as Marketing, Customer Excellence, IT, Supply Chain, Finance and other operational and technical fields. You will also improve your supply management skills, as you'll be required to work in full collaboration with various types of suppliers, E-Commerce operations, Marketing content (digital, 1-2-1, etc.), and all above mentioned functions. You will also work with different systems, and will be required to develop problem-solving skills, in order to deal with various business challenges.
WHAT IS THE POSITION?
You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment, reporting to Manager of Customer care.
•Bringing new initiatives and solutions to tackle real business challenges
•CRM – back-end and content management
•Develop and implement digital solutions
•Collaborate with different suppliers on daily basis
•Optimize the consumer experience, including customer journey building and monitoring
•Formalizing and optimizing core messages and communication channels
•Manage different service channels and service teams (remote purchase channels, e.g. telephone and E. commerce infrastructure and operation)
•Providing guidance and trainings to 3rd party business partners
•Establishing a Customer-Centric approach throughout the organization
