Brand Retail Operational Supervisor

We invite you to join our Reduced Risk Product team (RRP) in the Marketing Department. Joining the team is a great opportunity to gain a large range of business experience and knowledge in various areas of expertise, such as Marketing, sales, Customer Excellence, Point of sale deployment, Supply Chain, Finance and other operational and technical fields. As Brand Retail Operational Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Brand Retail Manager. Booth fieldwork and back office will be a part of your daily routine. You will be in charge of all operational aspects at our owned Retail Point of sale. The visibility, functionality, safety and legal requirements implementation will be under your responsibility. You will need to conduct operational audits to ensure high level of maintenance and service, and display problem-solving skills, in order to deal with various business challenges. You will be working with the different departments in Philip Morris Limited Israel, leading projects to improve performance, sales, appearance and service at our Points of sale. You will often be required to work in full collaboration with various types of suppliers such as designers and contractors in order to create and deploy new Points of sale (POS) as the brand expands. Knowing the different retail operation systems such as payment solutions, cashiers, sales force and stock management in all of its aspects is a big part of your daily routine and responsibility. Making sure that all of our owned retail POS are in line with business permits requirements, creating a follow-up routine for different audits such as Fire safety, Electricity approvals etc. Creating purchase requests, purchase orders and performing good's receipt to make sure all of our different contractors (such as rental payments, electric bills and so on) are paid according to the agreed terms, following a budget planned by the Brand Retail Manager. Being a POC to our different sites regarding operational aspects and staying in touch with the POS managers on a daily basis, tending to all operational needs. Main responsibilities are: •Standardization of all operational aspects in our POS: visibility, functionality, stock management, safety and legal requirements implementation •Implementing systems solutions in our retail POS •Collaborating with different suppliers on a daily basis •New Point of sale deployment from the design phase to "ready to work" •Optimizing the store as a service channel regarding all operational aspects •Establishing a Customer-Centric approach throughout the organization What are the qualifications? We are looking for an individual who is action oriented, details oriented, a problem solver, creative and initiative when confronted with challenges, a multitasker, fast learner with excellent customer services skills and motivation to learn and evolve. What are the qualifications? -BA in marketing, business management or similar -Business oriented and deep understanding of business work flow -Highly developed sense of service, people's person -Understanding the big image and its small details -Fluency in written and spoken English - a must -Strong knowledge of all office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) -Multi-tasking, ability to work on several projects at once -Reasonable, and self-driven -Proven experience working with SAP – an advantage -Technical experience – an advantage -Driver's license is necessary since you will be working in the field -Enthusiastic and creative approach to tackle different day-to-day challenges Who we are?
