Direct Retail Performance Executive

For more information, see www.pmi.com and www.pmiscience.com Our Direct Retail team is responsible for delivering of a RRP product experience in retail formats under full PMI supervision. Our role is to identify right locations for targeting our consumers to ensure premium quality of services, to build personal connections with our consumers and to go beyond satisfaction with provided superior services. To strengthen our team we are currently looking for a Direct Retail Performance Executive. YOU WILL: • Participate in Direct Retail expansion, especially searching & evaluating & monitoring traffic and KPIs in Direct retail locations • Coordinate daily operations with suppliers and shopping centers (contracts, negotiations, fees, warehouse and stock management, credit noting) • Monitor operation model processes taking into account financial, operational and legal environment • Monitor product portfolio availability & performance YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE/KNOW • High school education mandatory • Experience with retail expansion will be advantage • Communication skills – you will be in touch with many parties – external agencies, vendors, suppliers, internal teams etc. • Combination of analytical and pragmatic thinking, customer focus • MS office advanced skills (especially Excel – pivot tables, advanced formulas) • Fluent Czech/Slovak, advanced English – because we have colleagues from abroad, will be used on daily basis • Active driver – at the beginning you will be travelling across the Czech republic, flexibility is very important WE OFFER • Competitive salary • Flexible working hours / home office possibility • 25 vacation days and 4 sick days • Excellent location - Karlovo namesti (line B, 10 min from line C - I.P.Pavlova), with terrace on the 8th floor with great view and ,,Naplavka" behind the corner • Meal tickets and plenty of restaurants close to the office • 5 000 points in BenefitCafe, Multisport card • Summer/winter vacation contribution • Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar) • Above-standard medical care
