Internship in Technical Training

We are currently looking for a: Technical Training Internship PMI has always been a leading company in the sector, but the time of transformation we are currently experiencing is quite exciting and is unprecedented. As Intern in Technical Training, you will create advanced training program and related documentation integrating lean and maintenance concept; define priorities related to the different training categories, KPI monitoring to ensure target department. Place of employment: Crespellano Duration: 6 months internship We offer: • Internship of 6 months length, starting in July 2019 • International and fast-paced work environment in a constantly evolving industry • Opportunity to learn more by interacting with dynamic teams at different levels of experience and expertise across the Company • Onboarding program; on-the-job & off-the-job Trainings You will participate in the following activities: • Collect information and data from maintenance and production technicians in order to build a new training program; • Define and create training documentation to support training as PPT presentation and practical exercises; • Analyze training KPI and plan training session in order to increase and stabilize department efficiency. You have: • Masters’ degree in Mechanical/Management Engineering • Scientific Approach • Production and training passion • Analytical skills and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities and drive results. • Team work • Required: Excel, Word, Power Point. • Fluent English and Italian.
