Direct Retail Regional Manager Central Bohemia

OUR MISSION Direct Retail channel’s mission is to deliver a RRP product experience in a transformative, delightful, trust-earning and human way in retail formats under full PMI supervision. The customer journey covers all stages, from the product discovery phase, through consumer’s need identification & purchasing decision to the retention stage. The role of the Direct Retail team is to identify right locations for targeting our consumers in an appropriate & attractive way, to implement global & local visual merchandising principles, to ensure premium quality of services, to leverage on the global activation toolbox in combination with local development and to drive operational efficiency. Various brand retail initiatives & tools are identified and implemented in order to create game-changing experiences, to enhance understanding & credibility via transparency, to build personal connections with our consumers and to go beyond satisfaction with provided superior services. To strengthen our Direct Retail team, we are currently looking for Direct Retail Regional Manager. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES - Manage & overview all activities in Direct Retail POS in region - Drive regional team performance & take the performance responsibility for regional DR units - Evaluate regional performance using key metrics and address issues to improve the results - Maximize sales and profitability on the level of region - Initiate & coordinate staffing with 3rd party operator and with Direct Retail Experience team - Organization of regular team meetings to share SC activities, feedback & performance discussion - Manage, supervise & develop the regional team of DR Store Managers & Supervisors - Perform systematic audit on DR POS - Ensure the look&feel of DR units is in accordance with the given strategy - Closely work with the 3rd party operator & Experience department - Manage the 3rd party operator responsible for ongoing regional Direct Retail agenda EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS - University degree in Business/Economics/Marketing - At least 3 years of experience in trade/brand retail business in FMCG or premium B2C brand companies - At least 3 years of experience in teams management - Combination of strategic, analytical and pragmatic thinking, customer focus - Excellent communication & negotiation skills - Experience in 3rd parties / suppliers management - Agility and skills to act in ambiguity - Cross-functional development would be an asset - Fluent Czech/Slovak, advanced English WE OFFER: • Competitive salary • Flexible working hours / home office possibility • 25 vacation days and 4 sick days • Excellent location - Karlovo namesti (line B, 10 min from line C - I.P.Pavlova), with terrace on the 8th floor with great view and ,,Naplavka" behind the corner • Meal tickets and plenty of restaurants close to the office • 5 000 points in BenefitCafe, Multisport card • Summer/winter vacation contribution • Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar) • Above-standard medical care
