Internship in Raw Leaf Management

As Internship in Raw Leaf Management, you will be part of Manufacturing QA team in Primary and will give your contribute to improvements projects aiming to maintain quality excellence in raw leaf management in PM operations. You will be involved in activities for improvement areas identification in handling, storage and processing of tobacco bales. As a result, you’ll give contribution to creation of new operative best practices and standards in PM. Place of employment: CRESPELLANO Duration: 6 months internship We offer: • Internship of 6 months length, starting in JULY 2019 • International and fast-paced work environment in a constantly evolving industry • Opportunity to learn more by interacting with dynamic teams at different levels of experience and expertise across the Company • Onboarding program; on-the-job & off-the-job Trainings You will participate in activities as follows: • Organization of training to enhance Leaf Expertise in PM; • Conduction of Gap assessments, in order to identify improvement areas in the management of raw Leaf, from handling and storage to processing • Action plan activities implementation • Creation of operative best practices and standards • Writing of WKIs and SOPs You have: • Master's degree in Scientific/Technical field • Scientific Approach • Project management studies. • Analytical skills and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities and drive results. • Required: Excel, Word, Power Point. • Fluent English and Italian.
