We are currently looking for a: Internship in Manufacturing Quality PMI has always been a leading company in the sector, but the time of transformation we are currently experiencing is quite exciting and is unprecedented. As Internship in Manufacturing Quality, you will lead the timely and accurate preparation, issuing and maintenance of material and product troubleshooting documents in order to ensure the manufacture in accordance with PMI requirements. You will provide support to Manufacturing in order to monitor and improve DIMs & product performance, while providing accurate action plan and solution to immediately reduce the negative impact on production KPIs. You will learn how to interact with Material Suppliers. Place of employment: Crespellano Duration: 6 months internship We offer: • Internship of 6 months length, starting in July/August 2019 • International and fast-paced work environment in a constantly evolving industry • Opportunity to learn more by interacting with dynamic teams at different levels of experience and expertise across the Company • Onboarding program; on-the-job & off-the-job Trainings You will participate in activities as follows: • Manage DIM nonconformities • DIM improvement projects • Ensure all relevant standard are respected along manufacturing process You have: • Master's degree in Biological sciences, Physical sciences, Industrial Engineering or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience • Passion to work in cross functional project teams • Analytical skills and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities and drive results. • Required: Excel, Word, Power Point. • Fluent English and Italian.
