Manager Marketing Communications

Purpose of the Position: The Manager Marketing Communications is responsible to develop, adapt, manage, and deploy communication strategy about heat not burn product category benefits and IQOS benefits to bring a positive impact to Acquisition, Conversion and Retention business objectives and initiatives, by understanding the market and consumer dynamics, consumer needs & barriers for content/message development, as well as the effectiveness of touch points to develop deployment strategy while orchestrating internal & external stakeholders to maintain consistency and integrity of the messages across all touch points. Principal Accountabilities - Lead development of communication strategy as well as messages and visuals through collaborations with multiple stakeholders in order to positively impact benefit understanding & relevancy among target audiences - Collaborations with research team to understand consumer insights - Leveraging data from CAST, conversion surveys, social listening to understand consumer insights - Collaborations with internal stakeholders for optimized messaging development regarding substantiated benefits / risk related benefits - Development of a communication framework that structures features and benefits of IQOS according to the types or stages legal age smokers are in (ie. Conventional cigarette smokers, situational IQOS users, fully converted IQOS users, etc.), touch point effectiveness (trade, digital, print, etc.) - Manage development, production, and deployment of communication assets across touch points - Collaboration with Commercial Planning and Key Accounts for project management, message content optimization, and allocation for Trade - Collaboration with Digital & CRM for message content optimization, deployment plans for database activations, conversion programs, and offline consumer engagement activities - Collaboration with National Field Sales for message optimization and deployment for Guided Selling activities - Lead management of external agencies for communication development and deployment - Develops business partner relationship with creative agency, providing atmosphere of creative co-operation leading to high quality service at optimal cost - Prepare project briefs and manage the creative development processes through project management and providing constructive feedback - Ensures that all developed and implemented communications are fully in line with local regulations. Seeks advice from PMJ's Legal Counsel and Corporate Affairs. Submits and receives necessary approvals for all developed plans prior to implementation. - Ensures effective control of all brand related Direct Marketing Expenses within allocated budget Requirements - College/University degree, post graduate degree - Experience in marketing and brand management in FMCG, preferably global brand; - Experience on marketing principles (portfolio, pricing, brand management); - Development of brand frameworks, brand strategy development, portfolio management, and commercialization; - Development of large scale promotion, and business development; - Understanding of organziation to collaborate cross functionally #LIJobs
