This is a twelve month contract role.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive for the Nordic markets, someone with passion and demonstrable experience in running the whole recruitment life cycle, from attraction and sourcing to hiring and onboarding in an agile and demanding business. This position requires strong communication and organisation skills as well as a proven team spirit and a customer centric approach.
Your expertise in Social Media and Digital engagement will be put to good use, as will your ability to partner appropriate colleges and universities at both undergraduate and graduate level for our internship programmes.
You will be acting as an advocate for PMI’s overall dedication to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperative.
Rise to the challenge
Based in Stockholm and reporting to the UK and Nordic Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll work closely with our People & Culture (HR) and TA teams in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will have multiple opportunities to impact our recruitment achievements, working closely with key hiring managers and internal partners to deliver the right talent for today and tomorrow’s business challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the full life cycle for recruitment across the Nordic markets (Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark)
• Be the trusted advisor and recruitment authority for hiring managers
• Identifying the very best talent to support our aspiration for a smoke free future
• Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to ensure the recruitment process is delivered to the highest standards
• Increasing Employer Brand awareness by creating and executing Employer Brand activities
• Be responsible for the Onboarding program for new hires
With recent and demonstrable experience in recruiting roles, you will demonstrate your ability to lead multiple hiring projects simultaneously, develop long-lasting relationships with a high level of customer orientation and be able to work autonomously. Full professional proficiency in English and ideally Swedish or Danish is a requirement, as is a certain fluency in the use of social networks, recruitment tools and robust processes.
