Manager Manufacturing Integration

•Manage a team of product owners
•Lead and direct team objectives link to company strategy / capability requirements
•Oversees and manage several manufacturing IT products. (MES, LES, BI, APPs...)
•Ensures the match to Business Strategy, value delivery to Business Owners, integration across products
•Work closely with IS to drive digital transformation within manufacturing by delivering new solutions to release value and provide data driven capabilities.
•Support effective product governance process establishment
•Ensure project scopes, budgets, schedules and timelines are developed & managed from project initiation until closure, and is compliant to all PMI standards.
•Point of contacts for stakeholders
•Connected with different capabilities owners / stakeholder
•Define the product roadmap and product strategy - evaluate cost effective alternative
•Define and ensure run & support (service level) organization per product
•Establish and ensure full visibility on system use, roll-out, licenses and systems cost (TCO)
•Leads and manage product backlog and product change request (plan + visibility)
•Prioritize initiatives within product
•Ensure benefits realization for any projects
•Drive process of enabling standardization solutions in order to ensure alignment of practices, simplify processes, systems.
•Address questions from stakeholders and help to find solutions
•Identify and address dependencies between products, across capabilities & initiatives
•Support scrum master to manage agile, cross functional team & integrators
•Accountable for URS, UAT, CSV and to ensure product & process documentation
•Ensures compliance with internal (PMI) and external (e.g. GxP, SoX) requirements, including for systems and data security.
•Experienced IT product team manager with strong IT background and deep understanding of end-to-end tobacco production processes
•Experienced in project management - agile methodology (scrum master)
•Ability to think big-picture and evaluate business implications of potential innovations
•Creative thinker with a vision, curious mindset with strong knowledge of industry trends on IT, robotization, automation and industry 4.0
•Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
•Experienced about CSV (computer system validation)
Technical skills / Background
MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
Strong knowledge and expertise about MES technologies, PLM, ERP system such as SAP.
Knowlegde about cloud platforms (Vmware, Azure, OpenStack
Knowlegde about PLC programmation and infrastrucutre
IIOT platforms (such as PTC Thingworks)
