Manager Customer Service Project

This role owns, drives and leads productivity initiatives, and executes change management in supply chain process to support company objectives working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and manage logistics related cost including distributor margin while ensuring commercial requirements are met. Implement governance process working with region and local stakeholders, and establish sustainable process and sufficient control in supply chain process. 【Accountability 1】 Lead the implementation of process changes to improve efficiency and drive productivity initiatives to further optimize market supply chain process by (1) understanding current business processes and practice and identify opportunity. (2) Lead cost analysis and alignment with management . (3) Ensure process excellence to increase service level to customers. 【Accountability 2】 Support creating standard reporting template to increase visibility, transparency and easy to navigate issues and risks at the same time efficiency of report preparation need to be considered .     【Accountability 3】 Work collaboratively with internal stakeholder and develop distribution strategy taking into consideration capturing commercial requirement and competitive advantage from distribution point of view. 【Accountability 4】 Monitor and track local logistics cost including distributor margin and maintain up-to-date regularly and address issues or risks to ensure expected deviation is properly captured in RF. Skills: Japanese: First language English: Fluent PC skills: word/excel/powerpoint Competencies: Business accumen, Leadership skills, Drive for results, Developing direct reports, Motivating others, influencing, Priority setting, Organizational agility.
