Regional Lead Organization Effectiveness

You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL is a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. RISE TO THE CHALLENGE Key Accountabilities: 1. Partner with People & Culture Directors and the business (along with OE Directors) : a. Identify organization transformation / improvement priorities b. Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support PMI’s business vision and transformation activities c. Support stakeholder management and interventions d. Support OE Directors in consumer centric market and other OD initiatives, and development of OD initiatives for functions & regions e. Keep current on best practices and innovative programs and support in research activities to make the projects more robust with data and benchmarks f. Assist in capability development initiative to build the OD capability of P&C Directors and other partners of P&C. g. Design and co-facilitate workshops that drive org review/design, and change management interventions. 2. On independent projects; a. Work with key stakeholders, propose and agree project goals, approach, resources & responsibilities, interdependencies, timing and success measures. b. Develop work plan and manage project to meet agreed milestones with optimum quality. c. Work closely with P&C Directors to support the business and to improve core business processes, refine organizational structures, clarify roles and accountabilities with key stakeholders/partners etc. d. Analyze and interpret organization and talent data on selected projects to develop hypotheses and surface insights to deepen understanding of improvement and efficiency opportunities, evaluate effectiveness of current offerings and support recommendations to enhance future offerings. What we are looking for, is a person with 12+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Human Resources and Consulting, who is pro-active, results oriented and able to: - Build relationships; effectively promote ideas and influence through strong collaboration - Use a systems thinking approach to assess and design OE interventions - Provide thought leadership, methodology and tools to positively influence strategic direction - Scope and effectively manage multiple initiatives concurrently, from inception to completion - Identify critical organizational issues and root causes; provide objective, practical, data-driven solutions that are sustainable - Drive implementation of appropriate interventions to address organizational findings; measure results - Develop and deliver sound, persuasive business cases for strategic change that result in leadership action; communicate clearly and concisely to varying audiences - Identify and drive culture change necessary to achieve business objectives - Partner with various stakeholder groups to increase OE capability JOIN A GLOBAL MARKET LEADER Philip Morris International: Building a Smoke-Free Future Philip Morris International (PMI) is leading a transformation in the tobacco industry to create a smoke-free future and ultimately replace cigarettes with smoke-free products to the benefit of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, society, the company and its shareholders.
