Your new job In your new position as HR Business Partner (Operations) you are responsible for maintaining the processes on HR topics such as: Dutch Payroll, International Assignments, Compensation & Benefits and more. If needed you are also able to support directly on these topics. You will manage vendors like the payroll agency, our shared service center and several benefit providers to drive towards operational excellence. In your role als HR Business Partner (Operations) you know your customers and you put them at the heart of all the services you provide. From the (inter)national HR agenda you advise management within you area of expertise. You proactively contribute to current and future HR projects, while supporting and ensuring organizational initiatives to achieve a high performing HR Service organisation. In this position of HR Business Partner (Operations) you work closely with other members of the HR team (local an international) to align, implement and improve HR processes and best practices. Your profile To be succesfull in your new position as HR Business Partner (Operations) you have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources (or equivalent). You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position within a manufactering matrix organisation. In these 5 years you had a focus on HR topics such as: payroll, international assignments, taxes and compensation & benefits. You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language. Furthermore, you have experience with SAP, Payroll systems and Excel. As a person you can be described as people-oriented, resultdriven and pasionate. You have strong communicative skills and enjoy to work with different levels within the organisation. You have the ability to organize, manage and prioritize work while keeping your mindset on people. Through your analytical and proactive attitude you know how to see through processes and you know how to apply a ‘next level’ of working effectively.
